Many owners want to retire and are willing to let you take over the business they already have established. Once you see the books and are certain that this is a money-making opportunity, you can get a loan from a bank or financial institution to purchase the property. The clientele is already in place and you already have the employees who are familiar with the workload and what needs to be done. All the groundwork is done for you, so you just have to walk in and start making money. You don't need to have an elaborate office because you can run this type of business as a home-based business with an office in your home.
